There is currently some brief maintenance. This will be resolved in some time. Meanwhile, you still can use SAMSON.

and I have another issue that I have started GROMACS free trial but it was not activated in samson app panel

Dear @Aydin .

If you mean the GROMACS interaction model extension then it is not yet available in the latest SAMSON (you can see its availability on its page).

If you want to use GROMACS then we would recommend trying GROMACS Wizard extension.
