samson core exe is not runing in windows 10

i7 6700hq 16Gb memory and NIVDIA 970m 21H2. The problem appearing among 0.7.0, 8.5.0(maybe 8.0.5) and 2022R1.After installing the software i am not able to open it. It showing samson core exe is not runing and windows checking problem, then whole program closed. The 2022R1 can show me twice of it before closed. The others shows only once.

Sorry about the issue. This could be due to your Windows username containing non-Latin characters (e.g. 闽乐). Will it be possible for you to try it under another Windows user whose name contains only Latin characters? The issue might be coming from Adenita - you can try removing it: log in on SAMSON Connect and go to the Adenita extension page and click on the Added/Remove button.
