I am trying to download the Symmetry Detection element but it says it is for Academics. How does one qualify as an academic - i.e. do we need to enter some sort of setting, email someone, etc.? Is government also covered by this definition?

      Dear Antoniya,

thanks for your interest in SAMSON! Academic users are identified through their email address. Non-profit government also works. Would it be possible for you to register with such an address?

      Thanks again,
      Best,

      Stephane

Thanks for the reply, Stephane. So just to confirm: I need to make a new account with the relevant email address (no way to change my current one).

Hi Andrea, sorry the process may take a few minutes. It should now be OK!
