You can find a number of Python script samples for SAMSON in our github repository: https://github.com/1A-OneAngstrom/SAMSON-Python-Samples

I browsed the github repository, but I don't see any examples of building a molecule with Python. Is that possible? Can I define a list of coordinates and, for example, insert a carbon atom at each of those coordinates? The weave nanotube example is way too complex for what I'm trying to start with.
