      Hi,

When I try to open the application from Finder, the app simply does not open and does not produce an error either. When I attempt to open the application through Terminal, I get the following error:

      Library not loaded: '@rpath/QtMultimediaWidgets.framework/Versions/A/QtMultimediaWidgets'
Reason: tried: '/Library/Frameworks/QtMultimediaWidgets.framework/Versions/A/QtMultimediaWidgets' (no such file), '/System/Library/Frameworks/QtMultimediaWidgets.framework/Versions/A/QtMultimediaWidgets' (no such file)
      Abort trap: 6

      and:

Sorry, "SAMSON-Launcher" cannot be run on this version of macOS. Qt requires macOS 13.0.0 or later, you have macOS 12.7.6.

Then, I tried following the instructions to download an older version of SAMSON, but the Installer dropdown only shows version 11.0.1:

Unfortunately, my 2016 Macbook hardware (2.7 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7) does not allow software updates past macOS 12.7.6. Is there a way I can get/find a more compatible version of SAMSON?

      Thanks,
      Dheeraj

        Hi @Dheeraj-0 ,

Unfortunately, we discontinue support for older versions of SAMSON, so we cannot recommend or provide an older compatible version.

If possible, we suggest trying the latest version of SAMSON on a newer machine that supports macOS 13 or later.

Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding.

        Dmitriy,
