The issue is that SAMSON was installed as Administor. Can you please try to activate User Access Control (UAC) so that Windows does not install SAMSON as admin? Here's a link about how to do that: https://www.technipages.com/windows-enable-disable-user-account-control-uac

Please set UAC to e.g. "Always notify" (you can set it back to the previous setting afterwards).

Then, please restart your computer, and install SAMSON again.

To connect two atoms with a bond, use the Add editor: press on the first atom and draw a bond to the second one and then release. Please see the gif below:

@shozeb Here is the process to uninstall SAMSON :

delete : rm -rf ~/.local/share/OneAngstrom/
delete : rm -rf ~/OneAngstrom/
delete : rm -rf ~/Documents/OneAngstrom/
delete : rm -rf ~/.config/OneAngstrom/
delete : rm -rf ~/.config/NANO-D (if exists)

After that you may try to reinstall SAMSON as described in the documentation.

This just means that SAMSON was not able to get the name of the GPU but it should have detected it properly. Does SAMSON work properly for you or you experience some problems with graphics?

Hello, you get a key in two ways:

you don't create an account, and you use the one indicated on https://www.samson-connect.net: try@samson-connect.net and 38540-DEBE1-44187-A67B7-08471 you create an account, and you use your email address and the key you receive at that email address when you download the installer.

You can also have the key sent to you in the My SAMSON / Account page on SAMSON Connect:

SAMSON and many SAMSON Elements are free, yes. Note that you need to create an account if you want to choose which SAMSON Elements you add to your SAMSON.
