Dear @charlie, For now, Adenita is provided only for SAMSON with version not higher than 0.8.5, (see Latest versions section on the module's web-page). So, to use Adenita you will need to install SAMSON 0.8.5. Hi Dmitriy, My CMakeLists for the Python Bindings version is like you posted above, so I'm not linking in the debug mode. My other branches don't have any reference to Python in the CMakeLists, so they are not linking neither.

This issue might have been causing the problem you have posted in this thread. The new installation of SAMSON should resolve the issue.

Hi, I think I found the problem. Some initialization functions in the constructor of my class were overriding the unserialization. I tried to make a quick fix but when I do static casts in the unserialize function, SAMSON is crashing, so I will modify my constructor and check, it will take a bit though. Thanks for your help!

@carmine Thank you very much for your feedback! We will add other box types in one of the next updates of the GROMACS Wizard. Options provided in the Additional parameters have bigger priority then options specified in the GUI. It is true, it would be nice to highlight them in some way.

Dear @Radoslaw , We have fixed an issue in SAMSON which was causing a problem with OpenGL context on Intel integrated graphics processors. We hope it might as well resolve the issue you had and we would be grateful if you could try re-installing SAMSON to check whether it fixes it.

This is going to be so cool. It will allow me to make parts so much faster, and parts can be made larger than in NE1. Perhaps Z88 would make a good extension to do exciting stuff with meshes inside SAMSON. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Z88_FEM_software
